Other than eating right, resting when you can, and perhaps engaging with the right physical movement (consult with your care team as to what you can do), there are a number of things that you can do on your own such as:

2. Apply Nipple Treasure- a post-nursing moisturizer balm onto the areola area after you nurse your newborn treasure in order to keep your nipples from getting unwanted cracks and being painful. 
 
3. Apply Rejuvenate Treasure- a postpartum hair oil. Massage your scalp gently and leave it on for 1 hour before rinsing your hair, do this 2-3 times per week to help your hair look healthy, shiny, and smooth.
